Engineer by training, designer by instinct, generalist by necessity.
I have 5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, product builder, and an 8x hackathon winner. My work sits where technical and design precision meets human-centered thinking.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, I've spent most of my life on the Upper West Side of New York City. I currently study Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon.
I began undertaking freelancing jobs as a video editor at 13 while directing my friends in short films during the day with a borrowed Canon Mark III EOS 5D. I've been drawn to cultural films ever since, notably La ley de Herodes and Beau Travail. Had it not been for my discovery of Java, I may very well be a current undergraduate student studying film at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
I am drawn to thoughtful design, psychology, politics, startups, and the newest AI technologies. In my free time, I enjoy films, amapiano & jazz, snowboarding, travel, and philosophy.
At 16, I founded We Care Act NYC (f.k.a. Project Silicon circa mid-2025), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit local to NYC. We have distributed over 3,000 refurbished laptops globally and donated more than $440,000 with $0 in external funding. Handing laptops to a group of 7th graders for the first time revealed to me that the most profound form of fulfillment lies in creating direct, human consequence.
The NYC nonprofit industry gave me my first education in running something with nothing. Building lean tooling, learning cashflow management to pay for our office and storage, aligning incentives with organizations and companies 1,000x larger than us.
More than 200 staff volunteers throughout our lifetime have watched me make poor decisions and fail. What those failures produced, over time, was eventually a working organization that influenced my lasting belief about persistence.
You can find me driving along the East River Highway to deliver donations to students in the South Bronx. I currently oversee a team of 8, and proudly serve New York City today.
